      Now the resources are installed and a lookup is performed to find them from
      either (respectively) an environment var, the user's datadir and the
      compile-time datadir.
      Also the server is responsible for sharing the xml data so that all clients
      get the same thing, from him over network.
      Also libovcc is responsible for the DTD files (since it's a sort of spec)
      while the actual XML data belongs to the server.

      We use libgthread, but we didn't explicitly link it.  This used to
      work because other libraries we link also links libgthread, but such
      indirect dependencies are rejected by modern linkers.

      Automake changes its warnings from versions to versions, and they
      generally are actually harmless, but can prevent generation of the
      build system files.  So, still display all warnings, but do not
      treat them as errors.
      
      Also, make newer Automake happy by calling AM_PROG_AR if available.

      The bot now places tiles (locally, and if alone).
      Server don't assign players to game anymore, it's done by signal.
      Bot don't quit (?!) and message receiving is badly stopped (should use
      the cancel parameter?). Ban?

      A new class called SignalHandle can now listen to defined signals, send
      them over a client <-> server connection and reemit them on the other side
      provided incoming SignalMessages are transmitted to her.
      
      BTW now the bot listens to messages too, new message utils handle buffers
      (currently used both for signal data and string data), the server
      "publishes" a table with a Game reading XML data, the bot "joins" it
      and player-added signals are transmitted.
